Pricing
Ordering Instructions 1. Read all instructions on cover sheet. 2. Contact us before shipping albums to Forever Foiled, or to schedule a drop-off appointment for local residents. 3. Only send parts to be imprinted. 4. A $3 charge will be added to disassemble albums, in addition to heavier shipping charges if pages are sent. 5. Print one cover sheet per entire order. 6. Print one layout form for each album coverset. 7. Shipping charges are an additional $8 per order and will be sent USPS Priority Mail. 8. Payment methods: Check to Forever Foiled or Credit Card (over phone). |
